The first call lasts around 30 minutes. We will ask direct questions about your business, your position and your constraints. You will get an honest view of whether we can help, and how.
If we can help, we follow up with a written scope, a clear outcome and a fixed price. If we cannot, we will say so — and where we can, point you toward someone who can.
There is no charge for any of this and no obligation at any stage.
Confidentiality
We understand that commercial position, contract terms, cost structures and technical roadmaps are sensitive — particularly in this sector.
Everything discussed with us is treated as confidential from the first conversation onwards. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any detailed discussion, and we will never disclose a client relationship without written permission. Where export control, security classification or third-party IP restrictions apply, tell us early and we will work within them.
